K & J to Utilize New Drone Technology!

​K & J is now deploying the use of a drone in support of performing our Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) as well as station and alignment hazard analysis. Additionally, in that K & J performs several emergency preparedness Full-scale Training Exercises (FTX) annually in support of our client’s needs, K & J plans on deploying our drone capabilities to film the exercises providing a unique aerial view of the exercise activities. ​

CATS LYNX Blue Line Drone Footage

Attached to this news posting is a YouTube link showing video footage of a drone covering the current construction progress of the Charlotte CATS LYNX Blue Line Extension (BLE), which runs from 7th Street to the University of North Carolina Charlotte Station. K & J Consulting Services has been performing Safety and Security Certification of the BLE for the last 8 years and we expect to complete the certification in line with the proposed BLE revenue date of March 2018.
